Ms. Livingston commenced her paralegal career in 1998 in a small criminal, entity, and personal injury law firm. Soon, she became a full-time personal injury assistant and now has more than two decades of experience in personal injury law. In approximately 2007, Ms. Livingston began working with the Shimoda & Rodriguez Law, PC in employment law.

As a member of the Shimoda & Rodriguez Law, PC’s legal team, Ms. Livingston brings her experience, her desire to help, and her customer service to Sacramento and Elk Grove residents that need help navigating the personal injury and/or employment field. In addition, Ms. Livingston serves as a Spanish interpreter in the office and assists attorneys with Spanish-speaking clients and declarants.

Prior to joining Shimoda & Rodriguez Law, PC, Ms. Livingston worked with several Sacramento attorneys, focusing on employment law, business law and personal injury. While working as a legal assistant and paralegal, she has worked on hundreds of cases ranging from vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog-bites, wrongful death, State employment proceedings, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and others.
